What car will I be picked up in?
Malcolm's car is a Mercedes 200 E-Class, which is the car pictured on the homepage. Occasionally, if you've booked two simultanous trips or if Malcolm is already booked, we will send another of our trusted drivers in similar cars. If this is the case, you will be made aware at the time of booking.

 

How far in advance do I need to book? 

We make every effort to meet the needs of our clients, and so will do our best to fulfil booking requests whatever the notice period.

My plans have changed. Can I cancel? 

We understand that your calendar might change at the last minute, and do not charge a fee for last minute cancellations.
